Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that the dining area is clean and well-maintained. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This is a seasonal job in Horsens that is open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and present menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly
- Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Process payments using POS system

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must have legal authorization to work in Horsens.
