Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets and drive business growth. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they are meeting their individual goals.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and support as needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure company objectives are being met
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote our products/services
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed
- Fluency in English (and Danish is a plus)
