Experienced Carpenter in Horsens, Denmark


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of wood and other materials. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in carpentry and be able to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of structures
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Cut and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass or drywall using hand or power tools
- Inspect ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding or glass for defects prior to installation
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim or hardware using hand or power tools
- Build scaffolding and other temporary structures for construction projects
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations when handling sharp tools and heavy equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings accurately
- Proficient in using various hand and power tools such as saws, hammers, drills etc.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time while performing tasks requiring repetitive motions
- Knowledge of safety procedures for handling equipment and materials
- Good communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational school training will be an advantage

Salary: 1800$ monthly (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Horsens (accommodation provided)

Type: Contract (with possibility for extension)
