Job Title: Tutor for Language Exchange Program in Horsens

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tutor to join our Language Exchange Program in Horsens. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students of all ages and nationalities in their language studies. You will work closely with our team to create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the individual needs of each student.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver effective language lessons
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback
- Create a fun and supportive learning environment
- Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to enhance understanding
- Communicate regularly with students' parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other tutors to share ideas and resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a language tutor or teacher
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Danish is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods for different learning styles
- Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with others
