We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Gardener to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and grounds of our clients' properties. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month and visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement garden plans according to client preferences and property specifications
- Plant, trim, and maintain flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants
- Ensure proper irrigation and fertilization of plants
- Keep gardens free of weeds, pests, and diseases
- Perform routine maintenance such as mowing lawns, pruning trees, and cleaning garden beds
- Monitor plant health and make recommendations for improvements or replacements when necessary
- Maintain garden tools and equipment in good working condition
- Communicate regularly with clients to discuss garden needs and provide updates on progress

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of various plant species and proper care techniques
- Strong understanding of gardening tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
