Gardening Specialist

We are hiring a skilled Gardening Specialist to join our team in Horsens. As a Gardening Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the plants and outdoor spaces of our clients. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong knowledge of plants and their specific needs, as well as physical stamina to work outdoors.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control on plants and outdoor spaces.
- Design and create attractive gardens, taking into consideration the client's preferences and environmental factors.
- Install new plants and maintain existing ones, ensuring they are healthy and thriving.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and hand tools.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients in a timely manner.
- Keep track of inventory levels of gardening supplies and report any needs to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various plant species, their growth patterns, care requirements, and common pests/diseases.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this full-time position. An accommodation option is available if needed. We also provide a free visa and ticket for international candidates.
