We are a busy bakery in Horsens, Denmark seeking a talented and passionate Junior Baker to join our team. As a Junior Baker, you will assist in the production of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing doughs and batters according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
- Roll out dough and shape into various forms such as loaves, croissants, and rolls
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate baked goods with icing or other toppings as needed
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Follow food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a bakery setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination for shaping doughs
- Physical stamina for standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy trays or mixing bowls
- Attention to detail for decorating baked goods beautifully
- Excellent communication skills to work well with team members
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn from experienced bakers

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1600 per month.
