Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of goods according to recipes and instructions.
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed.
- Ensure that all ingredients are properly measured and mixed.
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer preferences.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Creativity in decorating cakes and pastries.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary school degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional Baker.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
