Entry-Level Baker
As an Entry-Level Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts. You will work closely with the Head Baker to learn and develop your skills in baking techniques, recipe execution, and food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and scales
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in quality and taste
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results
- Decorate and finish baked goods according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist with inventory management by keeping track of ingredients and supplies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel (if applicable)
- Ability to work full time hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination for precise measurements and decorations
Location: Horsens (or willingness to relocate)
Salary: Starting at 1200$ per month
