Caregiver for Elderly in Horsens, Denmark



We are hiring a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide support and assistance to elderly individuals in Horsens, Denmark. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for helping seniors with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to promote their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Accompany seniors on appointments or outings as needed
- Provide companionship and engage in stimulating activities to promote social interaction and mental agility
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the senior
- Keep accurate records of care provided and report any incidents or concerns to the designated supervisor

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Caregiver or similar role
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently while following care plans set by healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen attentively and empathize with seniors' needs
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically able to lift/move up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Valid work permit/visa for Denmark (free visa will be provided)
- Willingness to undergo background check

Salary:
As a Caregiver in Horsens, you will receive a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. This is subject to increase based on performance evaluations.
