Job Title: Handyman


We are a reputable company in Horsens looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of our buildings and facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Inspect buildings and facilities for any issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Keep track of inventory for supplies and equipment needed for repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during repairs or maintenance work
- Keep common areas clean and organized
- Assist with moving furniture or equipment as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and residents
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 1200$
