Part-Time Handyman in Horsens

We are a property management company in Horsens seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman for part-time work. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks in our properties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures such as faucets, toilets, and light fixtures
- Complete minor carpentry tasks such as repairing cabinets, doors, and windows
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Clean gutters and pressure wash exterior surfaces
- Maintain landscaping by mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and removing weeds
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have your own transportation to travel between properties

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. You will be expected to work an average of 20 hours per week.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this part-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Horsens. Applicants must be currently living in or willing to relocate to Horsens.
