Part-Time Administrator in Horsens

As a Part-Time Administrator in Horsens, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's daily operations. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals who are looking for a part-time job without any prior experience. Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining and updating records, documents, and databases
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Drafting and proofreading correspondence
- Completing other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The candidate will be required to work approximately 20 hours per week.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Horsens, Denmark. We prefer candidates who are currently residing in Horsens or nearby areas.
