Entry Level Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Administrative Assistant in Horsens, Denmark. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with limited administrative experience looking to gain valuable skills in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments
- Draft and proofread correspondence and documents
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and maintaining records
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be eligible to work in Denmark
Salary: 1400$ per month
