Administrative Assistant - Horsens, Denmark
We are in need of an efficient and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring smooth operations in the office. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and meetings for executives and ensure all necessary materials are prepared
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Assist with organizing company events and conferences
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Must have a biometric passport or the ability to obtain one before employment begins
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish language skills preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset but not required
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$. Our office is located in Horsens, Denmark. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
