As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in our company. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth running of the office and to improve company efficiency. You will work closely with different departments and provide support to the management team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, including sorting mail, drafting emails, and answering inquiries
- Create and maintain filing systems for important documents
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline processes
- Train new employees on office procedures and protocols
- Monitor budget and expenses related to office operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate with people at all levels within the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
