We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Horsens. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing our office operations and maintaining a professional and efficient work environment. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are stocked
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and taking minutes
- Act as the main point of contact for visitors and phone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support the team with various tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs
