Hotel Sales Manager (Horsens, Denmark)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify key markets and establish relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of achieving results
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
