Office Manager - Horsens, Denmark
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Oversee and delegate tasks to administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Provide support to management as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management role preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
