Hotel Sales Manager - Horsens, Denmark
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers
- Identify new business opportunities and create targeted sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote our brand and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and maximize revenue potential
- Monitor competition and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge in the market
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales data to track performance against goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills preferred)
- Knowledge of hotel industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
