Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel in Horsens. This individual should have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires a driven and motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. Accommodation is not provided, but visa and travel expenses will be covered for candidates of all nationalities. Salary starts at $1100 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote the hotel
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management or related field
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
