IT Manager in Roskilde, Denmark

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology infrastructure and systems of our company. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all IT operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all aspects of the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, and security systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to maintain data security and ensure efficient operations
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions that meet business objectives
- Research new technologies and make recommendations for enhancements or upgrades to existing systems
- Train employees on new technologies or software applications as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or equivalent position
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure, database management, system security protocols, and cloud computing
- Proficient in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems (SAP), network administration tools (Cisco), etc.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working in an international environment or managing remote teams is a plus
