IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technology systems and operations of our company in Roskilde. Your main duties will include developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, ensuring the security and functionality of our network and systems, managing a team of IT professionals, and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of information technology and possess strong leadership skills. A biometric passport is required for this position. This role is suitable for all genders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee the security and functionality of our network and systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology advancements to identify potential improvements for our company
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding data privacy and protection
- Handle budgeting, purchasing, and vendor management related to IT services
- Troubleshoot technical issues as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of information technology systems, networks, hardware, software, cybersecurity
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field; Master's degree preferred

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position.
