IT Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Roskilde. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology systems and infrastructure of our company. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining hardware and software solutions, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security of our networks and data by implementing appropriate measures
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to identify opportunities for improvement in our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security protocols, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT policies
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Roskilde (accommodation provided)
