IT Support Specialist


Our growing IT company in Roskilde is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' computer systems, software, and hardware. This includes diagnosing and resolving issues, installing and configuring software and hardware, and providing training to clients on how to use their systems effectively.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients' computer systems
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
- Install and configure software applications as needed
- Train clients on how to use their computer systems effectively
- Document the technical solutions provided for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members on complex technical issues
