Job Title: Computer Support Specialist in Roskilde, Denmark

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Roskilde. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve system performance
- Train end users on new technology or software applications
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical issues quickly

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, hardware components, and networking protocols
- Familiarity with remote access tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on providing high-quality service

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Roskilde, Denmark.

This is a contract position without accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa that allows them to work in Denmark.
