Senior Level Developer

As a Senior Level Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of complex software systems. You will lead a team of developers to design, code, and debug applications, while also providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs. You will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve the development process.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Design, code, and debug applications according to specifications
- Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for quality assurance
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the development process
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support for existing applications
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a software developer, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Proficient in multiple programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
- Experience with database design and management (SQL or NoSQL)
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
