Part-Time Teamlead in Roskilde


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Roskilde. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in managing teams, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback as needed
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Train new team members on company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and make decisions when needed
- Experience in managing projects from start to finish
- Proficient in using project management tools/software
- Biometric passport for travel purposes (if not a Danish citizen)
- Must be able to commit to part-time hours
