Project Manager


As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various projects in our company's Roskilde office. Your main duties will include planning, organizing, and implementing projects, as well as monitoring their progress and ensuring they are completed within budget and on time. You will also be responsible for managing project teams, delegating tasks, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a project manager and possess strong organizational and leadership skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required. You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and implement projects according to company objectives
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Manage project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and addressing any issues that arise
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Prepare regular reports for management on project progress and performance
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project success and develop contingency plans
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a project manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate team members
- Good understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management
- Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software
- Visa sponsorship (if applicable)
