Data Mining Analyst

We are hiring a Data Mining Analyst to join our team in Roskilde. As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to identify patterns and trends that can inform business decisions. You will work closely with our data scientists and other analysts to develop effective data mining strategies and techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in data mining is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Collecting and cleaning large datasets from various sources
- Utilizing statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to analyze data
- Identifying patterns, trends, and outliers within the data
- Creating visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide insights based on data analysis
- Continuously monitoring and improving existing data mining processes

This is an entry-level position open to candidates of any nationality or visa status. We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this role.
