Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by offering personalized product recommendations.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude towards finding solutions.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using various online communication tools.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Salary: 1000$ per month
