Online Consultant - Roskilde, Denmark
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online channels. This includes responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product/service recommendations. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online chat, email, and social media platforms
- Provide prompt and friendly responses to client inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Educate clients on products/services offered
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using online communication tools (e.g. chat platforms, email)
- Knowledge of basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Previous experience in the tech industry is preferred but not required
Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Roskilde, Denmark
This position does not include accommodation but visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
