We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Roskilde. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online platforms such as live chat, email, and social media.

Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, providing product information and recommendations, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with order processing and payment transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and resolving any complaints or issues in a timely manner.

To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required. You must also be tech-savvy and comfortable using various online tools and platforms.
