Online Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Roskilde. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and advice to clients through various online platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, chat, and other online channels
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist clients
- Handle complaints or escalations with patience and empathy
- Meet productivity targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills a plus)
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software/tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have own visa to work in Roskilde (accommodation can be provided)
- Available for full-time work (40 hours/week)
