We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Moderator to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for managing online communities and keeping them safe and engaging for all members. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and respond to any issues or concerns raised by members
- Enforce community guidelines and ensure that all members are following them
- Engage with community members and promote positive interactions
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and address them proactively
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a cohesive and welcoming environment for all members
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and developments in the online community space

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a moderator or in community management is required
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive or difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa and accommodation in Roskilde, Denmark
