Moderator for International Conference
We are a prestigious international conference organizing company located in Roskilde and we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Moderator to join our team. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for facilitating discussions and panels during our conferences, ensuring that all participants are engaged, and keeping the events running smoothly.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Ability to moderate discussions on various topics with professionalism and sensitivity
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Experience in event planning or public speaking is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Prepare for conferences by researching topics and speakers
- Facilitate discussions and panels during conferences, ensuring all participants have equal opportunity to contribute
- Keep discussions on track and within the allotted time frame
- Handle any technical difficulties that may arise during the conference
- Encourage audience engagement through interactive activities or Q&A sessions
- Manage panelists' time slots and introduce them before their presentations
- Work closely with the event planning team to ensure smooth execution of conferences
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1200 per month. In addition, we offer accommodation for non-local candidates.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid biometric passport. Prior experience is not required as training will be provided.
