Moderator for Online Community (Roskilde, Denmark)



As a Moderator for our online community in Roskilde, Denmark, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and engaging space for our diverse group of members. Your role will involve monitoring and managing user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines and resolving conflicts or issues that may arise within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on the online platform and ensure it aligns with community guidelines
- Actively engage with members to foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere
- Identify and resolve conflicts or issues within the community in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistent enforcement of community guidelines
- Regularly analyze data and provide insights to improve the overall user experience
- Stay updated on current trends and topics relevant to the community to facilitate meaningful discussions

Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Danish is a plus)
- Experience in moderating online communities or forums is preferred but not required
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle conflicts diplomatically
- Passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive online environment for users from diverse backgrounds
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their features
