Metal Worker

We are in need of an experienced Metal Worker to join our team in Roskilde. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment according to specifications. You will also be expected to operate a variety of tools and equipment to complete your tasks, including welding machines, grinders, and saws.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders to determine material requirements and specifications.
- Measure and mark cutting lines on metal stock using various tools such as rulers and scribes.
- Cut, shape, bend, and join metal pieces using manual or automated processes such as welding or soldering.
- Operate a variety of tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect materials for defects or imperfections before using them in production.
- Repair damaged metal products by straightening or reshaping them using hammers or other specialized tools.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines.
- Ensure that all finished products meet quality standards.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Metal Worker.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to use various hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, etc.
- Familiarity with welding techniques (MIG/TIG) is preferred.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
- Attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination.

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Roskilde
