Metal Fabricator


We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in Roskilde. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, using various tools and equipment to cut, shape and join metal pieces, and ensuring quality control of finished products. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various types of metal, such as steel, aluminum, and copper, as well as strong knowledge of welding techniques. Additionally, the ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately is crucial for this role. This is an urgent job with a salary of $900 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools and machinery to cut, bend, shape and weld metal pieces
- Measure and mark dimensions accurately according to technical drawings
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role
- Strong understanding of different types of metals and their properties
- Proficient in using various hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in standing positions for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to metalworking
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification or training in metalworking or fabrication
- Experience working with steel structures or architectural metalwork
