Part-Time Architectural Designer in Roskilde


We are in search of a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team on a part-time basis in Roskilde. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects while working closely with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural designs, including plans, elevations, and 3D models
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Communicate with contractors and other team members to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance and quality construction
- Prepare presentations to showcase design concepts to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
