Junior Commercial Architect

We are in need of a talented and motivated Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Roskilde. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will assist in the design and development of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with senior architects and other team members to create innovative and functional designs that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop initial design concepts for commercial projects
- Utilize AutoCAD or other design software to create detailed drawings and plans
- Research building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate their feedback into designs
- Work with contractors and suppliers to select materials and oversee construction process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on commercial projects is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position. We also provide a free visa for non-EU citizens as well as a one-way ticket to Roskilde.
