Commercial Architect


We are seeking a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and spaces. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction documents
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and sustainability practices
