Job Title: Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Roskilde. Your main duty will be to ensure that the buildings meet the needs and requirements of the clients while adhering to safety and building codes. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers and other professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects will be key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for commercial buildings based on client’s needs and budget
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Review building codes, regulations and safety standards to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers and other professionals throughout the design process
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor and other project expenses
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality of workmanship during construction phase
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Roskilde
