Job Title: Architectural Designer (Roskilde)



We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and drafting building plans and blueprints for residential and commercial projects. Your creative vision and technical expertise will play a key role in bringing our clients' ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Create detailed drawings, models, and visualizations using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Research new materials, technologies, and construction methods to incorporate into designs
- Review project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion of designs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles is a plus

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
