Industrial Architect

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Roskilde. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop plans that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of designs
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and determine feasibility of proposed projects
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Attention to detail

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
