Architecture Manager



A highly reputable architecture firm in Roskilde is seeking an experienced and talented Architecture Manager to join our team. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per week.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have own visa and accommodation in Roskilde or be willing to relocate

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, designers, and other professionals
- Oversee the development of architectural designs and plans
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications
- Review and approve all project documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Roskilde (or willingness to learn)
- Experience with budget management and cost control measures
