Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Roskilde. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. Your primary role will be to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and on time, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, drafters, and other professionals to design and deliver projects according to client requirements
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes
- Oversee the preparation of drawings, models, and other project deliverables
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other project partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Review and approve architectural designs to ensure they meet functional, aesthetic, and technical requirements
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster their professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Proven track record of successfully delivering architectural projects within budget and on schedule
- In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project partners
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
