Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Roskilde. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors
- Oversee the design process from conception to completion
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Review project plans and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Fluent in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
