Architecture Project Manager


We are a leading architecture firm based in Roskilde, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Project Manager to join our team. As the Architecture Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architecture projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, providing creative and efficient solutions that meet their expectations
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Manage project documentation including contracts, drawings, specifications, and reports
- Oversee the selection of materials, equipment, and subcontractors for projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, codes, and standards
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients, contractors, consultants, and team members
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture project management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this contract position.
