Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects in the city of Roskilde. You will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure that all projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget. You will also be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring that all safety regulations and building codes are met.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in architecture and at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position. You must have excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members. A keen eye for detail and the ability to think critically will also be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural projects in Roskilde
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments
- Provide guidance to project teams as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the architecture industry
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
